Shipping policy
We now ship to the US, UK, Canada, Europe and the UAE, alongwith India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
Your Silkenthread orders are shipped from our office located in Bangalore. In some cases, these may be shipped directly by our vendors - located in Pune, Patna, Nashik, Lucknow, Jaipur, Surat and Chennai.
Most of our orders are shipped within 7 business days of your purchase date. Once your order is shipped, we estimate that you will receive your order within 5-10 business days of its ship date. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. For international orders, we may take a further 7 days for document processing and payments.
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. In case you need the order shipped by a particular date, please drop us an email at cs@silkenthread.in and we will work with you to ensure it is dispatched at the correct time.
